                                                                                       I'm Sean

I believe that a thriving fitness practice can be achieved at the intersection of Functional Training, Mindful Movement, and Playful Intent. 

After 15 + years of high level athletics and years of passionately pursuing both conventional and unconventional styles of training, I’ve come to appreciate that a movement practice can be an opportunity to reclaim a deep primal strength, and reconnect to a child-like curiosity for the world and self potential.

I specialize in a number of unique, unconventional modalities including the Kettlebell, The Steel Mace, The Rope, as well as Landmine and Rotational Training. All tools and disciplines  that I believe require full body and mind focus, control, and unified movement. All of these modalities also offer the opportunities to treat your fitness and movement practice as an artform, paying mindful attention to the quality and intent of your every move. 

I offer high-quality, unique courses and educational workshops and opportunities designed to get you physically optimal and somatically connected to your internal state of being. I look forward to you joining the community and taking part in what I believe is a new wave of global fitness!

2-Day Kettlebell Flow and Juggling Workshop

Sean has a great way of explaining complex moves in very easy to understand ways. I did a 2 day workshop with him and left with a ton of knowledge that will help me continue to deepen my kettlebell practice. Highly recommend training with him, 10/10 experience!

Vancouver Kettlebell Flow and Juggling Workshop

I had a lot of fun learning new movements and weaving in different movements together. At the beginning of the class I barely had the mobility and coordination for a clean and by the end of it I learned lateral movements and multiple different flips as well as the clean. I felt myself go into the flow state multiple times while I just immersed myself in the movements and the techniques. It felt super fun to create and play. 

Sean's Kettlebell Juggling workshop was awesome! He's a great coach and makes things easy to understand and approachable for participants of all levels. I managed to pick up a few great cues and techniques for continuing my personal practice and it was well worth it. 10/10 recommend checking it out!!

I bought Sean’s program to learn mace flow.   His program walks you through step by step and starts from step one learning what the mace is and how to progressively learn skills.  The program is wonderfully made and the instruction is top notch.  Very detailed and he makes sure your body is warmed up as well.  3 things I liked about his program and continue to appreciate. 1. He walks you through the movements in a very detailed and easy to follow steps. 2. He use proper terms to help understand the movements better. 3. He goes through those same movements 5-10x so you really get the nuances down pack. Overall I would give his program 5 stars and can’t wait to finish the last 25% to explore more flow with my mace practice.   He also offered 1:1 help if I ever needed it.  Very simple to follow and would highly recommend it.
