Text

For more than 25 years, I have studied what makes the human body stronger, more capable, and more resilient.

My work goes beyond fitness...
I integrate strength, movement, mindset, and mission
to help people build greater capacity for life—not just a better body.

I don’t teach theory from the sidelines.
I live the work I ask others to do.

Build the body.
Sharpen the mind.
Live with purpose.
