Primitive Elements: Functional Strength & Conditioning Class

Thank you, Michael, for passing along new techniques as you learn them from your commitment to continuous improvement. That and a good ‘ol ass whooping with the Tribe Besties keeps me smiling.

After training with Mike and going through the Primitive Elements program I honestly believe that he is one of the most effective, creative and inspiring instructors I've ever worked with. There is a certain confident competency about his programming and how he delivers it that lets you know that not only does he know what he's doing, but he practices what he preaches. I truly enjoyed the work and would recommend this program and Mike without hesitation.

I’ve been doing Primtive Elements for about 5 weeks now and it was just the change I needed! I had been in a bit of a slump with my training and this pulled me out of it. I have seen increases in both my strength and conditioning which I’ve absolutely loved; I feel great! The workouts themselves are laid out well, easy to understand with his videos, which are also a big help as you get comfortable using the app. Highly recommend trying out this program!

Michael's kettlebell class was nothing short of transformative. As someone looking to enhance my functional training, I found his approach to be exactly what I needed. His deep knowledge of kettlebell techniques shines through, breaking down complex movements into digestible steps that build both confidence and competence.

What sets Michael apart is his genuine passion for teaching. He creates an environment where questions are welcomed and form is prioritized over ego. His cues for proper technique are clear and memorable, helping me understand not just the "how" but the "why" behind each movement pattern.

Beyond his technical expertise, Michael's positive energy is contagious. He has this rare ability to push you beyond your perceived limits while keeping the atmosphere encouraging and supportive. His authentic leadership style creates a space where everyone, regardless of their fitness level, feels capable and motivated to improve.

The knowledge I gained about incorporating kettlebells into my broader functional training has been invaluable. Michael's comprehensive approach has given me the tools and confidence to safely integrate these skills into my regular workout routine.

If you're looking to elevate your training and learn from someone who truly embodies what great coaching should be, I cannot recommend Michael's class highly enough. His expertise, genuine care for his students, and inspiring teaching style make this class an absolute must-try.
