Who's This For

This program is for anyone who is looking to change their body composition - in other words: gain muscle mass and burn body fat. With this program you will train 4-5 times a week, focusing on specific muscle groups and exhausting those to trigger hypertrophy (aka muscle gain). Exercises are intermediate with modification provided for those that are more technical (such as barbell back squat) and that require special gym equipment (hamstring curl). Additional workouts are being monthly released.
