Fanni holds not one, but two master's degrees, demonstrating her commitment to excellence. One of these is in public health nutrition, showcasing her expertise in the science of nourishing the body for optimal well-being. Her passion for providing nutritional education shines through in all her work.
After embarking on her career journey, Fanni worked with the health department. However, she quickly realized that the demands of her new role were taking a toll on her most cherished priority: her own fitness and health. This realization fueled her determination to strike a balance between work and life, leading her to empower others to do the same.
With seven years of experience in functional fitness including Crossfit, bodybuilding, strongman and Hyrox. Fanni has honed her skills to an exceptional level. She is not just a trainer; she is a seasoned athlete who understands the grind and the glory that comes with pushing one's physical boundaries.
 
Fanni's expertise extends to being a pain-free performance specialist, ensuring that her clients can excel in their fitness journeys without unnecessary discomfort or injury.

Fanni is a Strength, Nutrition, and Wellness Coach. Since 2017, she has helped over hundreds of clients as a personal trainer and nutrition expert. Her mission is to empower women to build strength, both physically and mentally, and learn the essential nutrients they need to balance hormones, boost energy, and live their best lives - now and forever. She holds two master’s degrees in Public Health Nutrition and International Migration Studies. She received her personal training certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine and she is also a certified Pain Free Performance Specialist, Pregnant and Postpartum Coach, Precision Nutrition Coach and certified Sleep and Recovery Coach. She currently resides in Connecticut serving clients around the world.
