I don’t have enough good things to say about Jane! Her classes are so inviting and comfortable for people of all ages. She’s helped me modify exercises through injuries and get back to being my best self 

Small Group Training

Jane is an incredible instructor. This workout took me out of my element and taught me so many new exercises! She is very clear in her instruction and great at giving tips and tricks to ensure proper form and execution. Jane also makes things fun and is great at motivating throughout the class. Can't wait for next week!

Loved this class! Jane is an amazing coach. She's supportive and knowledgeable. The structure and length of this class were great. All of the circuits were challenging and fun. I got to practice some movements I was already familiar with + learn some new exercises I'd never tried before. Long story short, I highly recommend spending an hour of your Saturday with Coach Jane!
