I’ve been a fitness professional for 15 years, but it was practicing Animal Flow for the past decade that truly changed everything.

Animal Flow taught me how to build a deeper relationship with my body and guide others to do the same especially those in their 30s and 40s who feel stuck, disconnected, or limited in how they move.

As a Level 3 Coach and Regional Leader for New York City, I’m passionate about building communities that move together, grow together and discover new freedom in their bodies.

Animal Flow is more than a workout - it’s an anamorphic conduit for connection, resilience, and transformation, helping you move differently, prevent injuries, and build strength from the ground up.

Stronger, Slimmer,

Stronger In Just Two Weeks
