As I tell anyone, your body composition REALLY changes and tones up with strength training and nutrition. It's when I saw the most change in my own body and I wanted to share that with y'all. I release a strength workout EVERY week and lead you through your session (think of it as virtual personal training) all from home, or wherever you are!

Hi! I'm Lacey! 

I'm so glad you are here and I'm assuming it's because you are looking for that something DIFFERENT when it comes to working out. Lace Up Fitness is here to provide you with just that.

Cardio, strength training, community, and a family that allows you to turn up that volume, move, build muscle, release the daily grind of life and feel right at home.

With my BFA in Ballet from Texas Christian University and my CPT from NASM, I am here to give you a ONE OF A KIND dance fitness and strength training format from beginner levels all the way to advanced.

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, you can expect various dance fitness classes and toning classes 4 days a week.

If you are not local, my ALL ACCESS membership will give you the ability to do all of our group fitness classes AND strength training workouts that I release once a week, from wherever you are! All workouts are on-demand and on YOUR TIME so you can do them at a time that works for you.

There's a range of class types from total jam sessions to our toning classes which involves weights, mini bands, and floor work. Classes and training sessions are aimed to suit ALL fitness levels. And like I tell everyone that is new, practice and repetition are what take you from level 1 to advanced. Some of my dancers have been with me for 15 YEARS! Don't be discouraged. Keep coming back and I promise you, you may not start as a dancer, but you WILL become one.

Strength training sessions are one-on-one with me coaching you through every rep, cueing thru each phase and working right alongside you. These sessions are also purposefully dumbbell based so you are able to do them from home or in a gym setting.
