This exercise is not a fighting style, its a way of opening up the body so that it can be used for any art you may practice. The idea behind all movement is to connect the loose bridges and move the body as one muscle.

These are the first 3 exercises of the North Star Meditation.
There are a total of 9 movements in the meditation. Each one is designed to stimulate full body connection and connection with the breath. The key is to develop a keen awareness by practicing each movement for a minimum of 5 minutes. Make each one a moving meditation rather than just a physical exercise. This is done by moving the body with the breath and the breath with body while maintaining a form that is aligned to move efficiently.
