Lucas
Neuro Trainer
Lucas Koenecke is a respected health, fitness and performance expert specializing in Neurological movement, human potential and positive life change. He is the owner of Inside Out where he works with high level training modalities. He is the founder of The Maverick www.themaverickgym.com.
While he is well-versed in traditional training modalities—Lucas is a Certified Z-Health Master Trainer, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) , holds a Degree in Exercise Science from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sports Management from Indiana State University.
He knows that health—true health—is about learning and choices. He encourages people to look to the cutting edge of neuroscience for proven and intelligent solutions to athletic and performance solutions. Lucas knows that fitness, movement athleticism and health are the result of taking control, creating change and seizing opportunity.
In addition to his desire of continued learning, he has enjoyed a long life of sports. He was a lineman for the UW-Oshkosh Titans and is a national Strongman competitor. He is an amateur triathlete. He also enjoys lacrosse, soccer, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, softball, kickball, swimming, biking, baseball, basketball, racquetball, tennis, snowboarding, wakeboarding, etc.
