Hi, I’m Geisha Rene—a former professional dancer turned fitness coach and mom who knows how overwhelming life can get. After a messy divorce and moving back to Canada as a single mom, I found myself at rock bottom, losing touch with the confident, passionate woman I once was.

In 2024, I transformed my life with just 10 minutes of daily movement, shedding over 50 pounds and rediscovering my strength and joy. Now, I’m on a mission to help busy moms like you feel strong, confident, and energized.

I'm Geisha — mom, coach, and the creator of Hypilates. 

After hitting over 200lbs during the hardest season of my life, I knew I needed a change — but I didn't have the time or energy for extremes. So I started small: just 10 minutes a day. 

That simple habit kickstarted my 50lbs weight loss journey, and rebuilt my confidence, all from home, on my schedule. 

HYPILATES WE BUILT FROM THAT EXACT JOURNEY. 

It's a low-impact, high-energy method designed for busy women who want real results, without the burnout. Short, effective workouts. Real structure. A community that actually gets it.

Hypilates is a signature movement method I created —  rooted in strength, sweat and intentional movement. 

Inspired by Pilates, barre, dance and sculpt, but not bound to them —  each class blends slow, controlled reps with dynamic low-impact finishers to build stregth and energy without the burnout. 

It's not tradition, it's a new kind of movement that meets you where you are and makes you feel like YOU AGAIN.
