You will have full access to my catalog of dance fitness routines. There are HUNDREDS of individual songs, and full length workouts will be added regularly.

This is PERFECT for you! I will be adding optional "choreography breakdowns" to help with learning routines. Alternatively, you can just dive in! There are no "mistakes" in this workout, there are only ACCIDENTAL SOLOS! All of these dances are made to be done over and over again. You won't nail it the first time, but with repetition and patience, you'll be SLAYING in no time!

Feel free to use any routines marked as "Dance Fitness Choreography by Rick Coffey" in your class!

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. Just follow the directions at the bottom of the Memberships page.

Keep showing up! Repetition builds confidence. The more you dance, the more naturally the moves will come. Maybe try starting with the "choreography breakdown" videos!

Any BODY can dance! Dance will look different on every BODY! Always consult a doctor before starting any movement program, and modify as needed to make the workout work for you!
