In 2023, S.Y.S Fitness was born to create a safe, empowering space for anyone ready to feel sexy, ratchet, and confident in their own skin—through the power of dance cardio.

Destiny began her journey as a professional ballerina, training at the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School in New York City. After over a decade of intense training and performing, she discovered a new passion: fitness.

She went on to teach high-energy classes for major brands like Nike, Lululemon, Sweaty Betty, Fabletics, and Victoria’s Secret—but something was still missing. She knew it was time to build something of her own. Something real. Something freeing! That’s when S.Y.S was created. Slay Your Shape isn’t just a name—it’s a movement. No matter what shape you’re in, own it, move it, and slay it.
