Have fun working out.  It is as simple as that!  We don't take ourselves too seriously and hope to create an environment for you that is approachable while challenging you in all of the best ways.  Bounce is our obsession and we take it with a side of sculpt to keep building that muscle and mobility.  

Ashley & Rebecca founded The Playground on the island of Kaua'i in 2019.  We have a shared passion of getting bored quickly when it comes to working out so we invented the Playground Method, combining the fun of rebounding with the benefits of resistance training.  Ashley is a certified ACE group instructor & Balanced Body pilates trained while Rebecca is a NASM certified Personal Trainer with extensive Barre training.  Rebecca's dance background brings the creative element to all of our classes and Ashley's love of athletics balances us out!  We aim to make our classes approachable for all fitness levels and are happy to do a 1:1 with you to get you started!
