My name is Ostyn Nutt, or more commonly known as ‘MercyDenied’. I’m a holistic unconventional coach, specialising in a effective, yet minimalistic method of the practice of kettlebells, sandbags, steel clubs & maces along with ancient training aspects/ wisdom to transcend individuals strength in the physical, mental and spiritual realms of oneself. Integrated, disciplined, capable is the individual transmutating their results into achieving anything they set their mind to. My guidance has no limits, offering service to those with minimal equipment, injuries to heal, time, or fractured state of mind towards life, I will provide in depth knowledge, life wisdom, and of course, harnessing the power of unconventional strength training, to ascend each individual, on their path to greatness. I work with all levels and backgrounds of individuals from around the world, and I know greatness is within everyone, we just need to harness your strengths through a practice that gets results. All I require is a commitment to yourself, for strength, performance, aesthetics, injuries prevention, learning, and expanding so I can help turn a new page in your life from what was, to what should be. Success comes for those willing to pay its price; hard work and commitment is necessary, and I’m here to make sure you get you there. With my guidance, we habits for long term, body and mind weaponed, inner knowing and direction, to become calibrated from within; this will be the beginning of your next chapter in life to your fulfilment. My results will produce warrior like attributes of strength, resilience, discipline, mentality and an inner knowing. Intense, yet a brutally simplistic training, I work closely with my clients, looking deeply into the details other coaches don’t consider, and with no gyms, or fancy BS needed, I provide guidance anywhere. This isn’t about hoping, or even believing, but about knowing where you are going.

Who's This For

So here’s the 4 Week No-Mercy Monthly program, and here’s the lowdown. This is the Mercy Denied training I am known for, the program for the ‘unconventionalists’ out there, that see training differently, where hard attitude and grit is the language you speak. Full access to the best of the training I do, being a black sheep of training, this program builds strength from all angles, no stone unturned. Each 4 weeks, the program is either updated for a new strengths focus, or progressed to a second phase. It’s a minimalistic, 4 modalities required, of high intensity sandbags, kettlebells and steel clubs/ maces training, 4 days a week. Strength and conditioning results will been seen by most within one month, but in the long term, if you are dialled in on your diet and recovery, a Spartan like physique will emerge that is manifested from continuous hard work. You will build in essence an in-depth knowledge of unconventional training/ movement patterns, to level up your aesthetics, athleticism, help restore your body from previous injuries, and forge an unbreakable mindset.
