My name is Ostyn Nutt and I’m an unconventional training method specialist from the UK. I predominantly use Kettlebells, Sandbags, Steel clubs & maces, and aspects of ancient training systems to create an all round athlete. In addition, it is essential for people to understand their movement intent,  intensity required and simplicity involved to create a strong, durable & conditioned athlete. 
Simplicity is foundational for understanding.
