My name is Ostyn Nutt - and I’m an holistic unconventional training coach from the UK. 

I predominantly use Kettlebells, Sandbags, Steel clubs & maces, and aspects of ancient training systems to create an all round athlete, 
utilising the understanding intensity is a key to results, and simplicity as a key to results. With savage training methodology and continual minimalistic approach to training, no gyms or fancy BS needed, results are guaranteed. 

With my guidance, I will help you maintain better habits, build discipline to remain consistent, and in turn forge an unbreakable mindset and body. 

My coaching will allow you to reach to your higher potential, understanding the struggle to strength, transitions from strength to success, helping many elevate above limitations; increasing levels of strength, durability and capacity, reducing injuries and chronic pain, without the BS gimmicks and complexity of the modern fitness industry. 

Getting savage in all respects, be it performance, aesthetics, injuries prevention, or want to learn new just to turn a new page to unconventional training techniques, my coaching is for you, and will enable you to achieve all this. 

This program is your full sandbag only training and conditioning in one program, this is for any level, but will  build all to weaponised under weight and fatigue. 

Sandbag minimalists out there, combat or endurance athletes that want to get stronger, this program is for you building resilience; physically and mentally, with minimalist approach. 

- this will simply rip your ego from your chest, disposing of it real quick. It’s humbling, it’s hard shit, and hard work works.

5 days a week, perfect for learning foundational unconventional training, combined strength endurance and building that Spartan physique as the intent, you’ll warrior build strength, endurance with sandbags, clubs, kettlebells for full body workout stimulus. 

*Workouts are to be altered every 4 weeks, with a new phase of training.

Introduction, my name is Tim from NJ. 24 year old guy who started unconventional training March 2024.
Came across Ostyn’s page just browsing the explore page of Instagram and saw the ridiculous numbers the guy was tossing, and that was standard.
The style, the weight, the challenge of every day was an eye opening and life changing path I chose to walk.
What I had been doing became amplified exponentially since I reached out for coaching. Here we are now almost hitting those goals with refined techniques, in such a short time as well to say the least.
You want strength? You want power? You want GPP? You want an all around pain free life?
Ostyn is the go to man for it. As long as you hold your end of the bargain with honesty, the results will be created and carved into stone. The man knows his work, he breathes it daily, he lives and embodies what he speaks out to the world.

Currently in the military, and was searching to elevate my training and strength/ conditioning. Luckily I met Ostyn, and hopped on his programming. I thought I was strong and conditioned, until I started his program… Ever since starting my muscle tissue has gotten truly dense and, I’ve toned up a good bit (especially my core). Also had underlying pain from my shoulder from things like rucking and harsh military training, which I’ve been able to workout and fix while still building a new great foundation of strength. I was lucky to meet Ostyn last year and get on his 1-1 coaching sessions. I’m a grappler who had previous injuries, which limited my athleticism and stopped me from chasing my physical potential. A year under his programming, guidance and teachings I have surpassed my limitations and changed my mindset to fully believing in myself, whilst reaping all the physical benefits imaginable. 
When I started training with Ostyn I was around 87kg, now I am 72 kg and I’ve been the strongest and the most athletic I’ve been in my life.
