We are Renier and Juliannys, a passionate team committed to helping you build a stronger, healthier, and more functional life. Renier is a licensed personal trainer certified by Puerto Rico’s DRD, a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2), and a Precision Nutrition Coach. With over a decade of experience as a coach and a lifetime of training, fitness has been at the core of who we are for as long as we can remember.

Our Philosophy
At 4:13 Functional Training, our mission goes beyond aesthetics. Inspired by Philippians 4:13—“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”—we believe that physical training is about stewardship: caring for the one body God has entrusted to us.
