I am so excited you're here! This is going to be a great journey that is going to change your lifestyle. We are not looking for shortcuts or using the word diet! We are creating new habits that will make us strong for the rest of our time on earth! 

Welcome! 

Understanding how and what you are eating now is very important b/c once you have your numbers and your daily goals this is going to be very eye opening. Using my fitness pal is very easy and will help keep you on track. Here is 

Numbers Matter-

Water, movement (exercising and getting your steps in)
You will have access to all of my total body strength classes via zoom. It is very important we start to build muscle.

Non- Negotiables

Tracking & Why

Reach for savory- not sweet. Starting your day off with protein is going to be key- and not sugary protein like yogurt. Think eggs, meat! 

Breakfast

This should be left overs from the night before- again easy, meat, good carbs, and REAL veggies not loaded with cheese. 

Lunch 

Snack Time, think whole again, nuts, half an avocado (good fats) siete chips (better for you option), popcorn with salt not butter, Greek yogurt + cottage cheese mix with fruit + sprinkle gluten-free granola
Hummus & veggies
Protein smoothie (Truvani protein, ½ banana, ¼ cup frozen blueberries, ice, water)
String cheese + almonds
Rice cakes

Sheet Pan Meals (chicken thighs, green beans, rice)

Dinner

Question 1

Reach for savory- not sweet. Starting your day off with 2 eggs, 2 pieces of chicken sausage, 1/2 an avocado (no ketchup unless it's primal kitchen brand) the sugar in regular ketchup is too much

1- grilled chicken breast
1 cup of roasted potatoes- no ketchup unless it's primal kitchen 
1 cup of roasted green veggies (broccoli, brussels, asparagus)


1/4 cup stoneyfield greek yougurt (organic, at all stores except walmart), 1/4 cup cottage cheese, whip together to make smooth, top with your fav fruit and a sprinkle of gluten free granola

hummus & veggies
protein smoothie (1 scoop of truvani protein powder, 1/4 cup blueberries, half a banana, ice, water to cover- BLEND until smooth)
