Soma Soul Yoga & Repatterning

I am a Somatic Yoga Instructor, Watsu Practitioner, and Bodyworker with over 25 years of professional experience. My Yoga classes focus on developmental movement repatterning with an Embodied, Somatic Approach. I help my students repattern their breath and movement with the original movement patterns that our bodies and nature form with. My classes are a safe, gentle, and playful space of shared co-inquiry, in which students explore and discover a deeper experience of themselves, body, and soul while preventing injury and nourishing longevity, radiant health, and well-being.
