Hi, my name is Mark Wynter and I'm a Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong Instructor. Tai Chi Chuan is a centuries old martial art that is today practiced mainly for its health benefits. Its movements are slow and controlled and promote better balance, breathing and concentration. Qi Gong ( pronounced CHEE GUNG ) is a collection of exercises that work on strengthening one's Qi or Inner energy. I am committed to helping people live healthier and fuller lives by teaching these disciplines in a easy and relaxed manner.
