Yoga Retreat to Plymouth, VT at Good Commons Retreat House - March 23-26, 2023

My practice is grounded in yoga, kettlebell, mindfulness, and meditation practices. I combine mobility, strength, and flexibility together in my programs to bring you a feeling of autonomy over your mental and physical self.
