As a physical therapist and personal trainer, I’m super curious about how our bodies heal and how they strengthen. My work has been strongly influenced and inspired by the work of Dr. Rachel Naomi Remen. In her book My Grandfather’s Blessings, she talks about strengthening the life in other people. She says: “We strengthen life at any time that we listen generously or encourage someone to find meaning, or wonder about possibility, or dream or hope or escape from self-judgement and inner criticism, or know that they matter.” This is what I’m trying to do for myself, and hope to bring to all of my clients in some way or another.
I am co-founder of TRAIN Seattle and The Aftermath Agency PLLC. I help people move with chronic pain and train for long-term health (longevity-based training).
My specialties: athletes & sports-specific training, chronic (persistent) pain treatment, and pelvic floor physical therapy.
I am here for you if you are working with a chronic injury, health condition, or pain, or if you just want to learn and adopt a way of moving that honors your body and supports your long-term health.
To put it more simply: I am passionate about helping you find strength, power, freedom, and health through movement.
Who's This For
This is for you if:
You want expert guidance without the personal training price tag
You need workouts designed for your changing body, not another program made for 20-somethings
You value flexibility but won't compromise on proper form
You're looking for strength that serves your daily life
You're ready to train smarter, not harder
You know you thrive with support and accountability
.
Because building strength in midlife isn't about transformation photos. It's about moving without pain, protecting your bone health, and feeling capable in your daily life.
Plus, you'll have a community of women who get it - celebrating wins, sharing struggles, and keeping each other consistent. No more going it alone.
