My name is Tom De Giuli and I specialize in getting people strong through ways we didn’t know were possible. Kettlebells, sandbags, conventional lifting and now thus membership will offer my personal program and a course to learn all ways of training with these modalities.

My name is Tom De Giuli and I specialize in all unconventional training methods including Landmines, Kettlebells, Bulgarian bags, etc. My mindset is keeping stuff simple in the training room but intense. Too often are we doing workouts that have no meaning or workouts that just draw attention and that’s it.  We aren’t here to just perform for people. We’re here to work and to get better, stronger and faster in all aspects. If you’re looking to really get strong and to completely change up your routine, I’m your guy!
