My name is Tom De Giuli and I specialize in all unconventional training methods including Landmines, Kettlebells, Bulgarian bags, etc. My mindset is keeping stuff simple in the training room but intense. Too often are we doing workouts that have no meaning or workouts that just draw attention and that’s it.  We aren’t here to just perform for people. We’re here to work and to get better, stronger and faster in all aspects. If you’re looking to really get strong and to completely change up your routine, I’m your guy!

This simple, but intense program is for people who need 4 days a week training program with just kettlebells. These sets are made to increase in weight appropriately and to get stronger each time. DO NOT use the same weight kettlebells. Try and push yourself each set! if you don't have heavy bells then nows the time to invest in some!
