My name is Tom De Giuli and I specialize in all unconventional training methods including Landmines, Kettlebells, Bulgarian bags, etc. My mindset is keeping stuff simple in the training room but intense. Too often are we doing workouts that have no meaning or workouts that just draw attention and that’s it.  We aren’t here to just perform for people.
