Join us as we embark on a journey of growth, connection, and adventure! 🌿 Every Wednesday at 6:30pm, we gather for our signature events designed to nourish both body and soul. 💪💃🌳🌺

Here's a sneak peek into our weekly Wednesday lineup:

🏋️‍♀️ 1st Wednesday: Get ready to break a sweat in our dynamic workout class! Led by our talented instructors, these sessions will leave you feeling strong and empowered. 💪

💬 2nd Wednesday: Dive into authentic relating and intuitive movement with Wendall! Explore new ways to connect with yourself and others while embracing your unique journey. 🌟

🌄 3rd Wednesday: Embark on outdoor adventures with Allison! From nature walks to tree climbing, these excursions are the perfect opportunity to reconnect with Mother Nature and enjoy the great outdoors. 🌲🌞

🌺 Last Wednesday: Join us for our Women's Circle with Dana! Come together in sacred sisterhood as we explore topics of personal growth, spirituality, and self-discovery. 🌸✨

But wait, there's more! 🎉 Every other Sunday, we host wildcard events that showcase the diverse talents and passions of women from all over Austin. 💃🧘‍♀️🎶 From self-defense classes to hot squirrel walks, pilates, sound baths, and more, there's something for everyone!

🐿️💕There are plenty of membership options, from unlimited access to all 6 events per month to class packs which gives you a discounted entrance to 10 events

This Membership is available to the first 33 members who sign up for the Squirrel Friends Membership. All regularly scheduled classes on Wednesdays and every other Sunday are included in this membership. Any additional bonus events will have a membership discounted rate.
