Tap flips among other unique skills
We'll also have about an hour to have an open period where participants can ask Sean to Coach specific skills and patterns of their choosing
Safety Note:
Making sure you are in a safe environment is very important. You will drop the bell... inevitably, that's how we learn and will grow. So making sure you are in a suitable environment such as a gym with approval from owners, outside on grass or sand, turf, or inside insuring* that there is plenty of padding to avoid damage to floors, walls, or furniture. If a suitable environment is not possible, this workshop will be recorded so at a later time you can re-watch in a safe environment at your own time and pace
Ideal Bell for Workshop
The best bell you could use is a light bell that will allow you to solely focus on technique. Woman, generally between 4-8 kg is perfect. Men, Generally between 8-12 kg is great. Competition bells are best suited for juggling as they make flipping much more accessible due to the nature of the bell shape and size. Titan bells, Eleiko, among others are good options. Message me any questions on what bell to buy to use
Group Chat
You will be added to a private group chat upon signing up within Somble that will be our base of communication. I will be sharing information about the workshop, tips on how to prepare, as well as tips on what bell to bring.
