Learning how to get so much more out of the most convenient and efficient fitness tool there is, the Kettlebell. If you’re a coach looking to evolve your offerings to include more functional, fun, and engaging exercises and movements, this workshop will safely and methodically help you build the knowledge to share with your clientele. If your a fitness enthusiast, kettlebell practitioner, or everyday gym goer wanting to freshen up your fitness with an exciting new challenge, a novel perspective on movement, and a mindful way to start moving your body, this workshop is going to offer you this and more. Accessible for anyone* well start with fundamentals on day 1 and slowly progress through new skills and patterns by day 2 to start juggling and mixing 3D movement with flips.
