Michelle Castaneda has been a fitness enthusiast ALWAYS but a fitness instructor since 2006. She has taught at a few small local studios as well as 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness.
Michelle is also a personal trainer. Michelle is a wife of 23 years and mom of 3 grown children. She loves cross training to change up her own fitness routine!
