Michelle Castaneda has been a fitness enthusiast ALWAYS but a fitness instructor since 2006.   She has taught at a few small local studios as well as 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness.
Michelle is also a personal trainer.   Michelle is a wife of 23 years and mom of 3 grown children. She loves cross training to change up her own fitness routine!  SOULfusion, SOULstrength, and BARREfusion are her fitness faves!  She looks forward to teaching you and please reach out if you would like to schedule a private session or have any questions.
