I fell in love with kettlebells over 10 years ago and found them to be efficient and fun to keep me in shape! I started with RKC courses and then became a StrongFirst Certified SFG 1 Kettlebell Instructor. I am enjoying staying active in my 50s with my husband, dog and two "adulting" kids. I love programming full body kettlebell workouts that strengthen our everyday functional movements. My circuits are timed with different work/rest intervals to challenge our strength and endurance. My Kettlebell Strength classes are not timed but will be about 45 minutes long to work on form and going heavier than the circuits. Come join me for a great workout!
