Rachel is a personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Brooklyn, NY. When she went to college at the University of Florida, she coped with stress by taking group fitness classes and fell in love. Spending time at the gym and taking classes felt like more than just a workout, it felt like a community. After graduating, Rachel moved to Philadelphia and worked in the fitness industry full time. She worked at various boutique fitness studios as well as in the corporate wellness space. In 2018 she moved to NYC to continue her fitness career. Rachel helps her clients achieve results with simple strength training programs and sustainable nutrition practices. She specializes in functional strength training and kettlebell training.
