Hi everyone! Rachel Longley here :) I am a Personal Trainer + Fitness Coach that specializes in HIIT workouts and glutes. Growing the booty is definitely my favorite! 

I have 5+ years experience with 1:1 training and group fitness classes. I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and I am NASM certified. If I'm not woking out at the gym or at home, you can find me out hiking, at the beach, or at a local coffee shop.
