Hi! My name is Sam and I like to call myself a mindful movement instructor. I teach yoga, sculpt and barre and pilates-style movement classes. My main goal as an instructor is to motivate people to move in a way that feels good in their body. It's so important to listen to our bodies always, and honor where we are at physically, mentally and emotionally, knowing no day will every be the same as the last. All levels are welcome in my classes as I always provide modifications. There is no experience necessary, no age limit and no flexibility required. If you have your body and you have your breath, you’re ready to move.
