Welcome to the New Beginning's Fitness Family!  I am so excited you are here and excited to help you on your health and fitness journey!  

I want to take a moment to share my journey and explain why I chose to become a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and why I am so passionate about the importance of both nutrition and physical fitness. For as long as I can remember, health and fitness have been at the core of who I am. Growing up in a household where physical activity was encouraged, I developed a deep appreciation for how movement and exercise can transform our lives. My father was my PE teacher for a time, and that experience instilled in me a lifelong love for fitness and wellness. As I pursued a career in health and fitness, I quickly realized that while physical activity is essential to our well-being, it’s only one piece of the puzzle. The other critical component is nutrition. 

Nutrition plays a fundamental role in supporting our fitness goals, enhancing our energy levels, and improving our overall quality of life. Without proper nutrition, our bodies simply cannot perform at their best, regardless of how much we exercise. This realization drove me to expand my knowledge and become a certified Nutrition Coach. 

My goal is to guide others in understanding the synergy between physical fitness and nutrition. Movement strengthens our bodies, improves cardiovascular health, and enhances our mental well-being, but it’s nutrition that fuels these efforts and helps us recover, grow, and perform at our peak. The combination of fitness and nutrition is powerful; together, they lay the foundation for a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. 

For me, becoming a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach is not just about teaching the basics of healthy eating, creating meal plans, or writing workout programs. It’s about empowering people to take control of their health, to make informed choices that support their fitness journey, and to build a sustainable relationship with food and exercise. I believe that when we nourish our bodies with the right foods and engage in regular physical activity, we unlock the best versions of ourselves. 

I am committed to helping others find the balance between nutrition and physical fitness that allows them to thrive, achieve their goals, and live their healthiest lives.




During this 12 week 1:1 Nutrition Coaching intro program, clients meet with coach (in-person or virtual) every 4 weeks and have weekly check-ins through the app.

12 Week Nutrition Coaching - Standard Accountability

During the 12 Week 1:1 Nutrition Coaching, clients will meet with the coach (in-person or virtual) every 2 weeks and have weekly check-ins through the app, and access to all resources.
