I began practicing yoga almost 20 years ago for my own personal healing. As the healing came, so did the desire to help others through yoga. An advanced certification of E-RYT 500 with the Yoga Alliance has allowed me to share my love of yoga for over 15 years, starting my own yoga business 10 years ago. I specialize in one-on-one yoga training. No matter your level, basic or advanced, I can help you grow your practice to create strength, balance and flexibility in pursuit of a calm mind.
