Hello! My name is Mallory and I am a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in functional fitness and mobility. I provide private one-on-one personal training sessions in person and online. I'm primarily located in the West Palm Beach, FL area. I have a passion for moving you body in ways that make you feel good! I believe that movement is medicine and can help eliminate and prevent pain in our bodies! I aim to help my clients get to know their bodies more in-depth, and find ways to move pain free while gaining strength and functionality.
