Hello, my name is Caitlynn and I am so happy you're here! 
  I am a full time mom and wife and have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years now. I fell in love with moving my body. From competing in bodybuilding shows to teaching cardio dance classes, I couldn't imagine doing anything else in life. 
  I have my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and also have experience in personal training and group training. I am a huge advocate for weight lifting and believe it is something that would benefit everyone. 
I have been teaching cardio dance classes since 2018 and am a certified Lace Up Fitness Instructor. I love to dance, but more so, I love teaching dance. I didn't grow up dancing and have no professional background in it. I have just worked really hard at being a student and learning so I have the ability to bring that knowledge to my own classes. 
Every person in the gym or in class was a beginner at some point in their life. Even after 10 years of doing this, I still make mistakes. But it's not about being perfect or being the best. It's about showing up for yourself and just having fun. 
MoveNSlay is for helping you be YOUR best, most authentic self. A space where fitness feels fun, fierce and empowering. Movement is so much more than just 'exercising'-it's the celebration of everything your body and mind can do.

How It Works

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, bringing you FUN, HIGH-ENERGY classes 2-3x a week! 

Whether you are local or joining us online, this is your time to ESCAPE the real world. To have one hour away from all the stress/worries life brings and just LET IT OUT ON THE DANCE FLOOR (even if that is your livingroom).

My goal is for you to have F.U.N.
EVERY. SINGLE. CLASS. 

MoveNSlay offers BOTH at-home and gym-based strength training sessions! These sessions will be focused on getting stronger, building muscle and increasing muscular endurance (HIIT Training). 

Along with the sessions are programs written for you to follow to take out the guess work! There is an 8-week Strength Program (gym-based) ready to go and has a breakdown video to demonstrate each exercise! 

For those who lift at home, there is a 4-week calendar built out to follow the 'Slay with Dumbbells' series.

MoveNSlay offers various series such as Slay & Stretch, Slay the Core, Slay with Dumbbells, Slay the Basics and MANY more to come! There will be a breakdown of all series in the onboarding email when you join the family!
