Michael Wright is a fitness instructor based out of NYC. Through his years, Michael has trained thousands of clients to pick up weights and feel good doing it. Formerly employed at the premier NYC studio Refine Method and trained personally by Brynn Putnam (CEO of MIRROR) Michael has learned to teach clients to feel their best by lifting heavy and moving big.
