Twenty + years of experience as a fitness enthusiast and personal/Group Fitness Instructor and still learning new things. I've done body building, crossfit, functional fitness and Martial Arts. In my opinion, none of it is as good as calisthenics and Kettlebell (Steel Mace, Indian Club) Flow. These workouts can be done At Home or at a gym and with no more than a matching set of medium or small size Dumbbells, Super and/or Mini Bands.
