Owner of Max Muscle, Rockne is a Sports Performance Coach, working with youth athletes in the Philadelphia Area. Rockne uses kettlebells to maximize people's well being through improving function, building athleticism, and creating confidence. Rockne is passionate about personal development, a graduate from Ascension Leadership Academy, his mission is creating Max Muscle Academy, a community for youth athletes to develop their physical, emotional & character muscles. Rockne is a Business & Economics graduate from Ursinus College. Rockne played college football and growing up in addition to playing football, he played multiple sports including baseball and basketball. Currently Rockne still competes, playing Gaelic Football on the Young Irelands GFC in the Philadelphia GAA League.
