Maggi is a personal trainer based in NYC. She found her love for movement and health as a multi-sport athlete in high school, going on to represent the USA as a student athlete in 2 separate World University Netball Championships.  Maggi graduated from NYU with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, earning her NASM personal training certification along the way.

Maggi prioritizes a technique-centered approach to fitness, and strives to help people move without pain. Having trained clients from the ages of 16 to 83, Maggi recognizes the importance of customizing each client’s workouts to their individual needs and goals. Maggi is committed to working closely with her clients to create the results they want, while also educating them on steps they can take to regain control of their own health.
