Lacey Spagnuolo is an energizing and passionate fitness instructor and trainer. I embarked on my journey as a fitness enthusiast, initially as a student, then trained and studied to work into the role of an instructor. My passion for fitness was ignited by my mother, a professional boxer, whose dedication and strength inspired me from an early age.
For the past two years, I have been sharing my knowledge and expertise as a group fitness instructor, guiding individuals towards their fitness goals through a diverse array of class formats. As an ACE certified group exercise instructor, I am committed to delivering engaging and effective workouts tailored to the unique needs of each participant.
Recognizing the evolving landscape of fitness, I have embraced the digital realm by incorporating virtual personal training sessions into my offerings. Whether you're seeking the camaraderie of group fitness or the personalized attention of one-on-one training, my mission remains the same - to empower and uplift individuals on their journey towards optimal health and happiness.
