Hey there! I am a StrongFirst Certified Kettlebell Instructor and outdoor lover! I train specifically with kettlebells and bodyweight, also utilizing unconventional training modalities that include steel mace and Indian Clubs. I will be having opportunities to join me live and also plenty of outdoor sessions recorded for you from the beautiful spaces of Southwest Colorado and Utah. Most sessions will be full body and will promote strength, cardiovascular endurance and mobility. Join me for an adventure! Have a blast training with kettlebells.
