Specializing in kettlebells, circular training (ie. Indian Clubs and Mace/Gada ) and mobility programming and workshops.
I've spent the past 19 years helping people from all backgrounds improve their quality of life through movement. 
By focusing on capability, sustainability, skill and movement quality; the inevitable outcome becomes a strong and resilient body. I draw inspiration from blending various training modalities and philosophies.
