Juan is a movement coach with 17+ years experience and teaches workshops/ certifications as well as one on one and group coaching sessions. He has helped Olympic Weightlifters, Powerlifters, Cross-fitters and Kettebell Sport athletes compete at levels they’d once thought beyond reach. 

He is a Master of Sport kettlebell lifter with World Champion and National title wins in the 32kg clean and jerk.

Juan believes that “Strength is our Birthright’ and that as such we have the right to a robust training experience.
