Hey there—I’m Julie-Anne, a Functional Health Coach, HTMA Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and the creator of JAMSesh Fitness & Health. 

But more than the titles, I’m someone who gets it - the frustration of trying to “do all the right things” and still not feeling your best. That’s what led me down this path.

I’ve spent years diving deep into the real reasons behind fatigue, weight struggles, hormonal chaos, and metabolic burnout—things most programs ignore. I blend fitness, mineral balancing, nutrition, and lifestyle strategy into coaching that’s rooted in science but delivered with heart.

Clients work with me because they want more than a workout plan - they want someone who actually looks at the whole picture and helps put the puzzle pieces together.
