I am the CEO and Co-Founder of JTW FIT and Harlem Kettlebell Club. As a coach, I challenge everyone to get uncomfortable, to push past their perceived limits, and to maximize their potential. My content will be diverse, creative, and fun. The goal is to keep you well rounded, constantly learning, and always enjoying your journey. That's the best way to stay consistent over time.

This was a great class and loved the variety.  The coaches Jazmine Toledo yoga, Lex Caballero boxing ,and Jah Washington  hilt explained and demonstrated the moves.  They all were able to create a fun supportive atmosphere at the same time challenging us to push our limits. Thank you for a great start to my Saturday .
