Hi, I’m Geisha Rene—a former professional dancer turned fitness coach and mom who knows how overwhelming life can get. After a messy divorce and moving back to Canada as a single mom, I found myself at rock bottom, losing touch with the confident, passionate woman I once was.

In 2024, I transformed my life with just 10 minutes of daily movement, shedding over 50 pounds and rediscovering my strength and joy. Now, I’m on a mission to help busy moms like you feel strong, confident, and energized.

This 20-minute express class hits it all…legs, arms, core, and that full-body wake-up feeling you didn’t know you needed. It’s quick, low-impact, and delivers max results in minimum time.

We’ll flow through classic Hypilates strength moves using medium dumbbells to sculpt, sweat, and energize your entire body without burnout.

You’ll need:
- Medium dumbbells
- Yoga mat

Perfect for busy mornings, nap time movement, or those “I-don’t-have-time-but-still-want-to-feel-good” kind of days.

This 20-minute lower body blast is small, mighty, and guaranteed to light your glutes on fire—in the best way possible.

We’ll use classic Hypilates-style pulses, holds, and slow-burn sequences to target, lift, and shape that peach with zero impact.

Each round combines one sculpting strength move and one spicy cardio push to keep your body guessing and your heart rate up (in the best way possible).

You’ll need:
- Medium to heavy dumbbells
