Fitness Coach

Hello and Welcome!

First I want to thank you for being here and supporting my dreams!

My name is Jessica A.K.A Frenchy. My career in Health & Fitness started at the young age of 6 years old. Growing up, I've always played sports, from Judo, to Gymnastics, Dance and Basketball, being physically active has been a huge part of my upbringing.

My passion for Health and Fitness led me to obtain an Associate Degree in Science - Dietetics and Nutrition, a Bachelor Degree in Science - Exercise Science and to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

My goal as a Fitness Professional is to guide and educate you through your journey to wellness. From your mental to physical health, I GOT YOU COVERED!

My focus is: STRENGTH TRAINING. When you are working with me, we will lift weights, your spirit and confidence. We will prioritize strength over aesthetic goals, proper form over ego lifting.

With that being said, LET'S GET STARTED!!

Full-Body w/ Frenchy

From the warm up to the cool down, this class was great! Frenchy did a fantastic job explaining each exercise and let me know when my form was good and when it wasn't, she let me know what to do to adjust.

I always enjoy her workouts! Another great way to start my day.
